## The brief

Extend a live explorer beyond search-and-lookup into a richer product: subscriptions, profiles, social activity tied to on-chain data, and organisations as first-class objects — without losing explorer clarity.

## What we shipped

- Subscription pricing pages and profile updates so membership sat cleanly in the product
- A news feed where every post links to an on-chain object (transaction, application, asset, etc.)
- Organisation pages — introducing orgs as a first-class product concept
- Homepage refocus for faster orientation
- Visit history ranked by usage, plus organisation directories ranked by visits

## How we worked

Embedded product engineering: scoped features, shipped UI and flows against real on-chain concepts, clear ownership end to end.

## Outcome

Engagement completed and paid in full over three months. Work was well received; several surfaces landed in active use, with others ready for later roadmap rollout.
